Payment Terms: All payments for Products shall be settled within 30 days from the date of the invoice. Invoices will be sent to the designated billing contact provided by the Customer.
Late Payment Penalties: In the absence of specific alternative arrangements outlined in the proposal, failure to remit payment within the stipulated 30-day timeframe will result in the application of late payment penalties. A late payment penalty amounting to 10% of the total invoice value will be imposed for each month that payment is overdue.
Notification of Late Payment: Broadteam’s billing department will initiate communication with the Customer through the contact information furnished in the billing particulars in the event of delayed payment.
Dispute Resolution: Should the Customer possess valid grounds for delayed payment or wish to challenge any items on the invoice, it is imperative to notify us in writing within 7 days of the invoice reception. Failure to adhere to this stipulation may lead to the imposition of late payment penalties.
Waiver of Late Payment Penalties: Broadteam reserves the right to consider requests for late payment penalty waivers in exceptional scenarios. Such considerations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and shall not establish a precedent for future transactions.
Suspension of Software Access: In cases involving recurrent late payments or significant outstanding amounts, Broadteam retains the prerogative to temporarily suspend software access until outstanding invoices are duly settled.
Legal Recourse: If unpaid amounts persist over an extended duration and amicable resolution attempts prove unfruitful, Broadteam may initiate legal measures to recover unpaid sums, coupled with any associated legal expenses.
Jurisdiction for Legal Proceedings: Any legal actions, proceedings, or disputes arising from the use of Broadteam’s software products and services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bulgaria.
By continuing to avail the software products and services provided by Broadteam, the Customer acknowledges and consents to adhere to these software sales terms, encompassing the payment conditions, late payment penalties, and jurisdictional clauses expounded above.
